WILL CALL POLICY
Passes must be picked up at the venue's point of entry, unless otherwise noted. Unless otherwise noted, you may pick up your passes starting half an hour before the event, or anytime after the event starts.To pick up a ticket order, you MUST present a photo ID that matches the name entered on the order form. If you are unable to pick up your order because you do not have a photo ID in your possession at the time and place of pickup, we will not process a refund for this purchase. Purchaser acknowledges that the name entered on this order form will be released to the event promoter to facilitate order pickup at the venue.
DISCOUNTS
Student, Senior, and Military Discounts are available on Trail Dance Tickets/Passes - To take advantage of these discounts you must purchase your tickets in person at the Simmons Center.

REFUND PLICY
All sales are final. If the product arrives defective or in poor quality an exchange or refund may be granted only after the return of the original item. If you are returning an Item please provide a copy of the invoice or your invoice number on a note in the box/package along with your name, address, telephone number, email address, and the reason for the return and mail it to the address below... You will not be refunded shipping and or handling charges.
